Provant® Therapy System Technical Support
The Provant Therapy System is designed and manufactured under the highest quality standards in the world. While we do not expect you to have any difficulties with your product, should you experience any of the following problems when operating your Provant unit, follow the instructions below. If the issue persists, please contact Regenesis Customer Service immediately.
When the START/STOP button is pushed the system beeps.
- Place a new Disposable Applicator Cover on the Treatment Pad.
- Press the START/STOP button to start treatment.
The SERVICE REQUIRED light is flashing.
- Turn the Power Switch off, unplug the Black Power Cable from the wall and call customer Service.
The system does not turn on.
- Check to ensure the Black Power Cable is connected to an AC Outlet.
- Check to ensure the Power Switch is in the ON position and lit.
- If the system still does not turn on, turn the Power Switch off, unplug the Black Power Cord from the wall and call Customer Service.
