Scott S. Brooks Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Brooks is President, Chief Executive Officer, and on the Board of Directors. Scott joined Regenesis Biomedical in January 2012 as the Chief Operating Officer. He has held senior executive positions in four major healthcare organizations. Scott has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations. Prior to Regenesis he held the position of President in the U.S. and Canada for BSN Medical located in Charlotte, NC. At BSN Scott was instrumental in developing sales, expanding clinical education programs, and enhancing management development. Prior to BSN, Scott was the VP of Sales and National Accounts for Kinetic Concepts Inc. (KCI), the global leader of advanced wound care devices. During his tenure at KCI, he held senior leadership positions in five different divisions of the company. KCI's broad device portfolio includes therapy devices designed for advanced wound care, critical care and bariatric care, sold throughout the continuum of care. Scott served on the senior management team as the company emerged into the innovative global leader in advance wound care. He was also instrumental in two mergers and acquisitions, plus negotiated and implemented numerous strategic contracts and alliances. Scott's experience also includes successful leadership positions with The Hill-Rom Company and Kimberly-Clark Healthcare. Mr. Brooks earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western Washington University.
Dennis Genge Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Genge joined Regenesis Biomedical in early 2007. During his 35 year career, he has held senior financial executive positions in 4 public and 2 private companies, with a particular emphasis in startup companies who experienced rapid growth, initial product approvals and commercial launches in the medical device, life sciences and health care service industries. In particular, Mr. Genge has directed a Sarbanes Oxley compliance program, taken 2 companies through their initial IPO’s, completed numerous public and private equity and debt offerings, negotiated and implemented multiple strategic alliances with major pharmaceutical companies, managed the merger and acquisition of 6 companies, been responsible for directing the reporting for SEC compliance reporting, managed HR, IT, purchasing, insurance, and facilities operations and directed the implementation of major financial system implementations. Prior to Regenesis Mr. Genge was a Partner with Tatum, LLC, a Financial Services Practice. Prior to that, he served as Vice-President, CFO and Treasurer of Novavax Inc, a public life sciences company. Before Novavax Dennis was Vice-President and Controller at Pyxis Corporation (a subsidiary of Cardinal Health), a medical supply stations company. He also served as Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Controller at Ligand Pharmaceuticals, a biotechnology company, Vice-President and CFO of Ivonyx HomeCare Services, an IV home therapy company and Executive Director/Controller with IMED Corp. an IV pump company. Mr. Genge began his career as an auditor with Ernst and Young in San Diego. Mr. Genge obtained his CPA license in the state of California and holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Western Michigan University.
Tom Eisiminger, Jr. Vice-President, Sales
Mr. Eisiminger is a retired United States Army Officer and decorated combat veteran. After a brief stint with GlaxoSmithKline, he joined Regenesis in 2006, initially serving as clinical Support and Territory Manager, Northwest Regional Sales Director and most recently as Vice President of Sales. Tom held numerous leadership positions in the Army at every level from platoon to battalion command. He commanded the largest geographically dispersed Army Recruiting Battalion responsible for recruiting operations in SW Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Hawaii, Korea, Japan, Guam, American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, and the Freely Associated States of the Republic of the Marshall Island, Republic of Palau and the Federated States of Micronesia, garnering awards as top unit in the Army in 2003 and 2004. He earned his B.S. in Personnel Management from the U. S. Military Academy in 1984, his M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and his MBA from Marylhurst University in Portland, Oregon.
Richard Isenberg, M.D. Vice-President, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs
Dr. Isenberg is responsible for the Company’s clinical research program, regulatory activities and medical affairs. He is a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist, with subspecialty in pelvic reconstructive surgery and uro-gynecology. Prior to entering industry, Dr. Isenberg served on the medical faculties of the University of Pennsylvania and Thomas Jefferson University and directed a fellowship program in uro-gynecology. While in industry, Dr. Isenberg has held senior management positions at Johnson & Johnson (Ethicon, Inc), Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and Ventana Medical Systems. In his various capacities, he has been responsible for regulatory affairs, clinical research, global medical affairs, safety surveillance, medical/clinical due diligence, health technology assessment, and strategic marketing. Dr. Isenberg’s areas of focus in industry include HPV in situ hybridization diagnostics, optico-electronic diagnostics, electrosurgical devices, biomarkers, wound healing, pathology, cytology and electrosurgical ablation devices, surgical devices, and biofeedback systems. Dr. Isenberg’s experience bridges medical devices, pharmaceuticals, in vitro diagnostics, imaging devices and combination products, and encompasses the full product lifecycle. Dr. Isenberg performed his residency service at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, received his M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and holds a B.S. degree from the University of Michigan.
Scott Robey Vice-President, Marketing
Mr. Robey is a 20+ year marketing veteran. Prior to Regenesis he served as Senior Director of Marketing at Kinetic Concepts, Inc (KCI) for the V.A.C. Therapy brand during the time US product sales grew from about $70M in 2000 to about $1 billion by 2007. He has held marketing positions at Medtronic, Sulzer Carbomedics, and Burron Medical (B. Braun Medical, Inc). His responsibilities have included product management, new product development and commercialization, branding, clinical education programs, and key opinion leader and society relationship development. Mr. Robey has an M.S. in Management from Purdue University, and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
Stephen V. Soderberg Vice-President, Operations
Mr. Soderberg has served the Company since 1997. His first five years were spent coordinating over $600K of external consultant projects; then in 2002 he joined the company full time. Mr. Soderberg has over 25 years in the high-tech Bio-Medical industry having covered critical management positions in five start-up bio-science companies, assuring their success. Operational management expertise includes Manufacturing, Materials Management, Research & Development, Sustaining Engineering, Quality Assurance, Document Control, Regulatory, Information Technology, Customer Service and Project Management. Mr. Soderberg held senior management positions in Medtronic Micro-Rel, Orthologic, Industry Network Corporation, Acoustic Imaging and Advanced Diagnostic Research. Under Mr. Soderberg’s guidance, dozens of new product and feature introductions have been managed from market definition through R&D and customer installation, on time and under budget. Additionally he has managed worldwide customer service and implemented FDA compliant systems at four companies, culminating in successfully preparing and guiding Regenesis Biomedical through several FDA audits and ISO certification without a single objectionable condition reported. Mr. Soderberg earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.
